This is the physical gift card. Once the order is placed, the order will be held until Orion download it into OCSA. Once the order is in OSCA, the card number will be allocated to the order and the value added to the card (if it's not pre-loaded). This will then update the website with the card number details. Finally, when the order is despatched, the website will be notified of this.
